Is it really a one-time purchase?
Yes. You pay once and keep Sysvia, with lifetime updates included. There is no subscription and no recurring fee, and nothing is held back behind a higher tier.
Which license do I need?
Personal is for non-work use on devices you own. If you use Sysvia for work, including freelance projects, you need Commercial, which is licensed per person. Every license includes the same features.
What counts as a connected device?
Each computer you link into your Sysvia setup counts as a device. Personal covers up to 5 devices, and Commercial covers unlimited devices for one person. Devices can be any mix of macOS, Windows and Linux.
Can I buy for my team?
Yes. The Team pack gives your company commercial licenses under one key, with a consolidated invoice and volume pricing. Get in touch and we will put together a quote for your team.
What is your refund policy?
If Sysvia isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method. See our Refund Policy for the details.
